4. There will be some sediment from the drained water. Scoop it out and add it into the ground potato. This is what makes the pancake has the chewy texture :)
5. Then add one to two pinches of salt (depend on your taste) to the dough. Mix it well.
6. Heat the pan, pour a little oil.
7. Take one full spoon of the dough and fry it like frying pancake.
8. Cook until golden brown.
9. Enjoy ^^
